Where do you work?
I am the Founder, President, Executive Director, and Lead Instructor at The Evolved Network and Evolved Kitchen and Garden. I’m also a private chef.

How long have you been involved with Women Unite!?
We joined the WU! community as part of the 2023–24 partner cohort. We applied for partnership with WU! in early 2023 and are elated to be one of the three organizations that were selected.

What do you like most about WU!?
They are a group of intelligent and thoughtful bad-ass women who don’t just talk a good game, but genuinely put their words to action. In a society that is unfortunately male dominated, it’s a beautiful thing to get a glimpse of the strategic brilliance women offer.

What’s an issue you care deeply about? Why?
I deeply care about individuality and the capacity to allow our kids to live into their potentials by giving them choice in all its grandeur. Though it often feels overwhelming, choice is also liberating to truly be who your heart desires. To love, question, live into your curiosities, and pursue passion and the dreams that follow. I deeply care about showing kids that their possibilities outweigh their limitations and doing everything possible to fight against social structures that reinforce the opposite. I happen to believe that food gives us our best shot at it.

What’s a hobby you have?
Cooking would be the obvious answer, but I also love horseback riding. It is one of the few things that creates peace for me.

What gives you hope?
My daughter’s laugh and smile.

I used to be an amateur mixed martial artist.
